An award-winning PR & Communications office with multiple offices across the UK is looking to expand its team.

They are looking for a tenacious, inquisitive, switched-on B2B Account Manager to join their friendly, hard-working team.

As a B2B Account Manager, you will be building the reputations of some of the UK's biggest and most important names in a rapidly changingworld.

This position does require you to be able to speak Welsh.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with corporate and B2B clients, unearthing stories and crafting features, case studies, press releases, and social media content
  • Drive forward a portfolio of varied accounts simultaneously, backed by an Account Director and the wider team
  • Own the campaign or project strategy defined in the original programme, leading and motivating the team to achieve this
  • Be the eyes and ears of the team, scouting out issues, opportunities, and potential issues, both internally and externally
  • Ensure everyone on the account is aware of their priorities, delivers on time, on target, and to the right standard, achieving the overall objectives to a high standard
  • Work with consultation and engagement clients on projects that are vital to society
  • Contribute to clients' businesses on a strategic level, showing an understanding of their commercial environment and the issues that might affect them
  • Travel as needed within the UK for client meetings and events

Skills/ Experience:


  • Welsh speaking
  • Experience in PR or a closely related field
  • Successfully dealt with varied aspects of a communications or engagement campaign/project
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have an interest in current affairs and an understanding of local & national politics
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, with good presentation, consultation, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in managing print and digital production
  • Confident, with good people skills
