    The main purpose of the Integrated Offender Management Co-ordinatorrole is to manage offenders in the community within the Integrated Offender Management (IOM) overarching framework, working with local and partner agencies to reduce offending, deliver diversionary activities and long term tailored rehabilitation solutions.
