The Role The position of Finance Manager will be a key support to the Financial Controller to own transactional finance for the entire business.
The Financial Controller is an individual that is willing to provide fantastic autonomy, resulting in the successful individual having the opportunity to lead on continuous & process improvement projects to drive efficiency and value to the company & it's customers.
The key components of the role will include:
Leading a team of transactional finance professionals including hiring, training & developingReviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systemsBusiness partnering with departmental Heads & ManagersOwnership of accounts payable function – invoicing, payment runs, suppliers statement reconciliations, & queries, expensesOwnership of accounts receivable function – invoicing, billing, credit notes, credit checksOwnership of credit control – debtor days, debtor ledgers, account escalationOn OfferThe role of Finance Manager is based in Edinburgh with good flexible & hybrid working.
