    We are now looking for a Business Development manager to join our successful business.

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

    Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
    Maintain existing business
    Think critically when planning to assure project success
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    ~2 -3 years prior industry-related business development experience
    ~ Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    ~ Experience as a Business Development / Sales preferably in the food or consumer goods industry (2+ years)
    Strong understanding of brand development.
    Experience in market, data, and competitor analysis.
    A willingness to travel to meet with customers, and attend Company events and chef demos.
