Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of
Food and Beverage Supervisor at
Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport. Reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with managing the smooth operation of the hotel restaurant and bar, ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered.


What Are We Looking For?

Key responsibilities of our Food & Beverage Supervisor:

  • To maintain Food & Beverage standards of performance across the department according to Company SOP Manual
  • To ensure the department is adequately staffed in line with business levels.
  • To ensure that our guests are served efficiently with quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere and receive the highest possible standard of care
  • To maintain effective communication with the Kitchen and other F and B departments
  • To maximise revenue generated through selling techniques and good control procedures
  • To assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching

Skills & Experience expected of our Food & Beverage Supervisor:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, cando approach
  • Exceptional team playing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great leadership qualities
  • Food and beverage experience preferred
