Position:
Student Lettings Property Manager
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak periods)

We are seeking a motivated individual with keen attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to fill the role of Student Lettings Property Manager.

Coordinating maintenance orders with approved contractors.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
Addressing complaints professionally and effectively.
Previous experience in the property industry, particularly in student or residential lettings, is essential.
