In this HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, you will operate across multiple sites in Scotland and the North, with travel to the Head office in the North West.

As an HRBP, you will have a broad generalist HR skill set, with a primary focus on driving cultural change and fostering a high-performance culture that nurtures and develops key talent within the organisation.

You will serve as a strategic business partner and coach, collaborating closely with senior leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness, leading to improved employee engagement and customer service.

We are seeking a commercially savvy individual with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, capable of devising innovative HR practices and implementing them pragmatically.

With experience of effective HRBP roles, you will have a clear understanding of effective HR practices and their impact on business operations.

Additionally, you should demonstrate proficiency in delivering HR best practices through others.

It's a grown-up culture and you manage your diary, however, the expectation is that you will travel between sites in Scotland & the North for 3 days a week, and have flexibility to work from home for 2 days.
