Preparing cost estimates and assisting with billing.· Acting as first point of contact for new clients, liaison and support by telephone and in writing with existing clients and other parties.· Ensuring compliance with AML, ensuring confidentiality and security of information, data protection.· Skills and experience· The ideal candidate would possess a legal or Cilex qualification, but all experience or relevant work experience is considered.· Previous paralegal experience in family law is advantageous.· Competent with IT applications such as word, excel, outlook and social media.
