The Role


The position of Insurance Specialist is a newly created role to create additional capacity due to increased growth and expansion of the overall business.

The successful individual will work as part of a team of two taking full ownership of all insurance matters for domestic & international operations with a dotted line into it's finance function.


The key role components will include:

  • Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, compliance & controls
  • Leading the annual insurance renewal process
  • MI reporting and gathering including insurable assets
  • Ownership of claim management process
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, third parties, auditors and brokers
  • Feeding into monthend, quarterend, and yearend for balance sheet reporting
