DIGITAL PROJECT COORDINATOR | £35K - £45k | HYBRID HOME X WEST LONDON OFFICE | GLOBAL EVENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY | PERMANENT
My client, a leading global event management agency, are looking for a passionate and confident Digital Project Coordinator to join their close-knit digital department and events team.
You will be passionate about technology, supporting the agency's clients and Digital Team with a wide range of technological solutions for virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Digital Team and Event Management Team in the effective and efficient management of digital projects, such as: Virtual Meetings, Online Training, Mobile Event Apps, Audience Response Systems
- Ensure team members have the necessary information to discuss the most appropriate technology is suggested and implemented for each project
- Coordinating digital projects, briefing team members, ensuring people are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Assisting onsite at events, especially those with specific technical requirements responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of all technical aspects of the event
- Support in sourcing and managing new and existing technology providers
- Meet regularly with the Digital Team to discuss workload, priorities, and key projects regarding the development of new ideas and technologies
- Working directly with clients, presenters, and managers to develop digital content for meetings and events
- Proven relevant experience within the events industry, or within a technical environment such as virtual meetings, webcasts, audio visual productions, live streaming, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisation and planning skills
- Proactive, positive approach and attitude
- Sound understanding of virtual meeting technology, and audience response systems
- Understanding of audiovisual requirements and eventbased technology
- Willingness to travel to international events where required
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment to tight deadlines
- Video editing experience would be highly beneficial
