    Description Seeking a fulfilling career change? We are actively seeking qualified Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, and Doctors to become integral members of our established multi-professional team. Position: Functional Assessor (Hybrid Work) Location: Cambourne Salary: £37,333 - £44,800 Work Hours: Monday Friday, 9am-17:30pm Part-Time Options Available Work Arrangements: Office & Hybrid working options available Join our expanding team of PIP assessors, working with a reputable provider of health-related government services, conducting disability assessment services on behalf of the DWP. Benefits Salary increments of £1000 at 6 and 12 months of service Performance-based 10% bonus Enjoy weekends off Mon-Fri, standard office hours Generous 33 days holiday including bank holidays Coverage of professional membership costs Comprehensive training program provided Responsibilities Conduct consultations over the phone with individuals claiming PIP benefits, with all appointments organised for you, freeing you from administrative tasks. Assess individuals with a variety of complex conditions, encompassing physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments. Perform thorough functional medical assessments of disabilities or conditions. Draft and submit reports using specialised IT systems.
