    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    We are seeking a motivated Project Cost Consultant to join our dynamic London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position entails the delivery of cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project, from the acquisition phase to practical completion.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


    • Minimum 3 years experience working in the UK construction industry.


    • Able to undertake day-to-day cost management tasks supporting senior team members across chosen projects.


    • General understanding of cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post-contract)


    • MRICS qualification or currently undertaking the APC process is preferred


    • An adaptable individual who can work within a team and autonomously


    • Good commercial knowledge Strong communication skills – able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.


    • Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and accuracy and an understanding of the importance of quality assurance.


    • High standards of literacy and numeracy.


    • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.


    • Demonstrable passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry.

    PLACE WITHIN THE BUSINESS:

    You will report directly to a Senior Cost Consultant or Associate Director. You will also be provided with coaching and support to facilitate career development planning as required.
