    We are seeking an experienced Water Director to lead our water division across the UK. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Water Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.


    Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with Egis' vision and business goals.

    Team Management :
    create and expand a strong technical delivery capability in the UK.

    Project Oversight:
    Oversee a water projects portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.
    Represent Egis at industry events, conferences, and forums, advocating for sustainable water solutions.

    Extensive experience working in the UK Water sector.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
    Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
    Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
    In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations.
