    As the Office Manager at a leading events company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the team in delivering exceptional events.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Office Operations:
    Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and supplies procurement

    Administrative Support:
    Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

    Event Coordination:
    Assist with the coordination of events, including venue bookings, logistics, and onsite support

    HR Support:
    Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and organising company events

    Finance Support:
    Assist with finance-related tasks such as invoicing and expense management

    Requirements:
    Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
    Experience in the events industry is a plus.
