    *Technical Manager (Commercial Fit-Out), Central London*Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.


    We are seeking a Technical Manager to join an award-winning residential developer and to be site-based on a luxury mixed-use residential scheme.


    Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the primary functions of the role will be to manage the external design team and delivery of technical information on primarily the commercial Fit-out elements of the scheme, from inception to completion.


    Specific responsibilities will also include:

    • Deliver the project in accordance with the business forecast and budget
    • Ensure compliance with Technical Department processes, procedures and reporting
    • Adhere to Group Health and Safety standards
    • Provide support to all other project team departments to deliver projects on time, safely and within budget
    • To manage and process the regular consultant Technical payments, preparing approval forms ready for the Senior Technical manager approval
    • Build and maintain effective networks both internally and externally to form mutually beneficial relationships
    • Manage and check all documentation required by the Sales and Marketing team ensuring consumer code compliance


    Experience leading fit-out packages for high-end commercial schemes is essential as well as the proactive management of external design consultants.

    You must have detailed knowledge of Building Regulations, and strong project administration and organisational skills.


    This would suit existing Technical Managers or Senior Technical Coordinators with a commercial fit out bias, looking to take the next step.

    Architects with extensive experience working on high-end commercial schemes will also be considered.

    This is an opportunity to work on a unique project in the capital with a leading signature architect.

    A very competitive salary of up to £75K plus a generous package.
