My client is experiencing a period of sustained growth and is looking for a number of part-time Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Leeds city centre.

The purpose of the role is to connect customers with their assets - safely, securely and responsibly. You'll be a great fit if you're customer focused, adaptive and able to learn new things


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives.
  • Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures.
  • Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures.
  • Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams.
  • Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
The preferred shifts for this role are 12pm - 5pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
