    Business Development Manager /Field Sales Executive - Milton Keynes

    Turney Landscapes is looking for a dynamic and energetic team player with excellent communication skills to further our business forward with current and prospective client base.

    The applicant will be working independently building key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales growth. Application should have previous experience in sales.

    Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

    • Report to Directors directly
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plan
    • Build strong/positive client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
    • Work among different departments within the company
    • Set clear objectives and KPIs
    • Build and Maintain Sales Systems and Procedures
    • Take proactive initiatives to meet customer needs and market demands
    • Take Lead on building company's marketing tools
    • Schedule and Maintain regular client visits
    • Manage all Pre-Qualifications Questionnaires
    • Gather and Provide continuous customer feedbacks
    • Support Admin team on ad-hoc basis

    Desirable:

    • Experience with working on tender sites like tenders direct, government tender portal etc.
    • Driving License
    • Experience in Horticultural and Landscaping Industry
    • Experience with Dealing with B2B customers,
    • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
    • Sharp Networking and Negotiation Skills
    • Good Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills

    Salary:
    £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
