• Interacting with company management and departments to identify personnel needs and ensure quality staff recruitment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the field of information technology.
• Deep understanding of technical professions, candidate requirements, and the nuances of their evaluation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools, such as Boolean queries, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and others.
