Community Paediatric NurseWe areworking with a leading provider of complex care to children across Norfolk and Suffolk, to find aPaediatric Nurseto join their team.
They are looking for a forward-thinking Community Paediatric Nursewho is enthusiastic and experienced caring for children with complex care needs.
You will be responsible for working with the Clinical Lead to assess care needs and train the team accordingly, following up with competency checks out in the field.
As a Community Paediatric Nurse your responsibilities will include:Assessment of new care packages
Writing care plans and risk assessments
Supporting the care/support team on assignment
Teaching and training new staff
Carrying out regular care plan reviews
To work as a Community Paediatric Nurse you will need the following:
Must have a Valid NMC Pin
UK Driving Licence
Experience in Paediatrics
This role is Monday to Friday, 37.
