Your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader is to continue to grow our business through successful placements of technically qualified professionals within the energy industry whilst leading a team of recruitment professionals.

The overall goal is to increase profitability through effective sales recruitment processes.


Client Relations:


  • Manage existing client relationships and maximise to full potential across the business.
  • Business develop to establish new industry relationships, partnerships and clients.
  • Negotiation and agreement of client contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with HR/Internal Recruitment points of contact as well as Technical Management & Senior Executives.
  • Ensure database accuracy and efficiency (Client Accounts).
  • Maintain working knowledge of client activity and potential recruitment needs.
  • Manage and control the sales recruitment process from a client perspective, from initial job order through to shortlist, interviews and offer acceptance.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from submission > interview > offer > acceptance.

Requirements:


  • University educated


  • Sales Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in recruitment
  • Full clean UK Driving License
