Role: AV Team Manager

Location: Reading

Salary: Up to £50,000

We have partnered with a leading AV company who are looking for an AV Manager to lead the team of AV Installation Engineers.

This role is based on-site in Reading with the need to visit clients when required.

AV Team Manager Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Lead the AV Engineers in all aspect of project installation, from initial design to final implementation
• Provide hands-on leadership
• Manage and motivate, provide guidance and training
• Create a positive and collaborative team culture
• Allocation of resources
• Ensure quality is assured through and put in control processes to ensure the reliability
• Manage client relationships
• Have a technical background to be able to provide technical expertise when escalated and during client meetings and presentations

The AV Team Manager will have proven experience in AV Engineering and be comfortable in project management.

Experience working with digital signage is a bonus.
