We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer Team Leader to join a growing global business producing high end range of products for the Automotive, Architectural industries and more by producing a range of chemical and glass-based products

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for a team of technicians and contractors
  • Improving the reliability of equipment and reduce down time
  • Responsible for shift technicians
  • Take the lead in fault finding and diagnostics in emergency breakdowns or planned situations.
  • Team based problem solving and training
  • Working with High Voltage equipment

Job Requirements

  • Must be Time-Served
  • Obtained minimum HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering Discipline
  • Fault Finding experience on Siemens
  • Experience of leading teams
