About The Role:

As a Systems Administrator you will provide and co-ordinate applied advanced system support to the warehouse Operational Teams. Through the use of our Warehouse Management Systems, you will monitor and improve the efficiency of operational processes.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating of system support to all functional areas
  • Key reporting for functional areas
  • Managing planned work release
  • Preventative system issue management to support team leaders
  • Software and Process issues identification
  • Software development release QA
  • Reporting of 3PL KPI's
  • Daily / Weekly forecasting
  • Managing system profiles

The ideal Systems Administrator will be/have:

  • Excellent general IT skill set.
  • Good understanding of Operational and warehouse processes.
  • Product knowledge, understanding sku, pack configurations and their relationship in SAP and WMS systems would be a distinct advantage
  • Sound numeracy, literacy and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Access database /Excel formula manipulation.
