    Logistics Coordinator

    Location:
    UK, Hybrid – 1 day per month working onsite in Sherburn ( LS25 6JZ)

    Role:
    Permanent, Monday to Friday

    This exciting role spearheads the efficient movement of raw materials and finished products for two leading UK brands in the Dairy feed industry, KW & Trident.

    It has an integral role in innovative logistics solutions, directly contributing to the overall business objectives of delivering high-quality products to our diverse customer base.

    As a logistics coordinator, you will be at the forefront of planning and coordinating the delivery of feed to our customers across the UK, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

    You will assist the charge in collaborating with internal teams, external suppliers, and third-party hauliers to optimise logistic operations and provide a great service to our customers.

    Planning loads for multiple suppliers and customers to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely deliveries.
    Inputting of delivery information accurately into our business systems
    Confident telephone manner
    Experience with Microsoft packages, especially excel.
    Awareness of the haulage and animal feed industries (Desirable)
    Experience within a call centre – (Desirable)
    Office- based working during training period – expenses will be covered (Sherburn-In-Elmet)
    Monthly visits to the office in Peterborough or Sherburn-In-Elmet
    Able to be flexible during busy periods.
