    We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time HR Administrator to join the HR team at our successful and industry-leading company, based at our head office in Chesterfield.
    You will be expected to work confidentially and autonomously, reporting to and supporting the HR Manager.
    You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with personnel across the organisation quickly. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of operational activities and their practical application in the workplace.
    This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task, have excellent planning and time management skills, be a team player and be prepared to move seamlessly from one task to another, in what is a busy environment.
    Key Tasks:
  • The processing into employment of client's care teams
  • To ensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is in compliance with HCD policies and GDPR
  • Process leavers and archive in line with GDPR
  • Provide support and HR advice for the RCL team
  • To be responsible for DBS documentation across the company
  • To raise any queries or concerns relating to criminal disclosures
  • To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set
  • To issue ID badges
