    Clerk of Works Job in West Yorkshire

    A Clerk of Works job is available, working for an established consultancy. Due to growth, our client is looking for a Clerk of Works, with experience in residential housing projects. Offering a salary of up to £49,000 + Company Car.

    Our client is an established consultancy, who provide services for more than 5,000 active clients across the UK and beyond. They are now looking for a Clerk of Works to oversee projects in the West Yorkshire area.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Carry out Clerk of Works services on a range of projects
    • Manage multiple projects at once
    • Provide an exceptional level of service to all clients and colleagues, and offer advice as and when required
    • Work independently and take responsibility for the successful delivery of service on specific projects.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • ICWCI/MICWCI is preferred
    • Experience with residential projects is essential
    • Possess a wide understanding of the building industry
    • Proficient in IT use, and specific software's
    • Full UK driving license is essential.
