    As Digital Art Director you will report to the Brand Director and work alongside our amazing in-house creative team to lead the creative on a new and exciting digital project.

    This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy and detail-focused individual with a passion for digital storytelling.

    You'll bring solid experience in crafting creative brand narratives and concepts all the way from ideation & pitching to post-production and delivery of a full 360 from stills, graphics, animation and film.

    The role would suit someone with experience working in a startup or high growth and fast-paced environment, ideally with a beauty, wellness or fashion background.

    We are looking for a digital native with a background in art direction, creative styling & digital content creation with a proven track record in video treatment, storyboards and editing.

    Responsibilities
    Oversee and manage all creative aspects of new website launch from concept, art direction, pre-production, production & post-production.

    Own and manage video production from concepts & storyboards to working with videographers to filming on phone and editing in house.

    Brief and work with external brand partners and creatives on collaborations and co-created content.

    Create and develop best in class digital content working alongside the brand and web team within CPA and budget.

    Develop animations and graphics to enhance the visual experience on our digital platforms and to enrich the user experience.

    Design and develop homepages, landing pages, product display pages and email concepts.

    Support the Creative Director in managing digital workflow and prioritising weekly digital work, whilst ensuring all assets are of excellent quality, filing and effective asset release communication are second to none.

    Competencies Required:
    Expert knowledge in video editing, animating, following extensive specs & formats.

    Totally confident in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro, as well as in-platform editing software like Capcut.

    Impeccable understanding and translating of concepts across multiple platform deliverables and formats.
    Great retouching skills with the ability to create, edit and adapt digital assets
    Can follow and maintain brand guidelines. Impeccable attention to detail with a good sense of the importance of asset continuity and consistency.
    Excellent organisation skills, best in class filing, stakeholder management and reporting.
    Experience in working with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage own capacity, report of progress and punctual delivery.
    Thorough understanding of global asset delivery.
    A Self-starter, driven, resilient and able to work at a fast pace.
    Ability to deal with ambiguity.
    Ability to be flexible and adaptable. A 'can do' attitude essential.

    Qualifications
    Educated to degree level or equivalent in art & design.
    Strong technical portfolio – ability to demonstrate premium digital content and previous website builds.
    Ideally experience in the premium beauty, fashion & wellness space.
