    Job Description Licensed Animal Technician
    £We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Animal Technician to join our clients growing team in Surrey. Our client proudly holds over 100 years of outstanding achievement in the industry and is rated in the top four centres for cancer research and treatment in the world.

    As a part of the Oncology Team, you will support preclinical work using genetically modified mouse models and patients.

    You must have a PIL and previous experience as a Licensed Animal Technician.

    Daily checking of cages and animals for signs of husbandry and welfare requirements
    To carry out procedures under the authority of the relevant Home Office personal and project licences
    To ensure adequate provision of food and water as described in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
