- Payroll supervision experience;

The Job
We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Payroll Specialist to be predominantly based at our Support Centre Headquarters in Macclesfield with hybrid working as an option.
Working as part of the Group Finance Team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management and delivery of payrolls for 7 of our Brands, with a headcount of over 400 directly employed staff.In addition, you will be responsible for administering a wide range of company benefits as well as pension oversight.You will ensure that everyone is paid correctly, and on time, whilst overseeing updates to systems, statutory changes and payroll processes.
You will also have a 'dotted line' to the Group Head of HR and HR Team, ensuring that the interface between the two functions operates smoothly and efficiently.
