- Deliver packages of work within budget and work schedule to meet the project requirements
- Understand project scope and identify contractual change
- Understand the customer's basic and performance requirements
- Undertake feasibility assessments, optioneering, outline and detailed design
- Balance the workload of multiple projects
- Prepare clear and concise deliverables appropriate for the intended audience
- Civil Engineer with necessary qualifications to achieve IEng MICE or CEng MICE or equivalent other institutions.
- Desire to work proactively towards Incorporated or Chartered membership of the ICE, CIWEM or other equivalent institutions
- Motivated to work on flood and coastal risk management projects, experience is preferable
- Experience of working on flood defence and river restoration projects at appraisal, outline design, detailed design and/or constructions stages
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
