    We have partnered with a global AdTech organisation to support the hiring of a Lead Product Manager, who will own the roadmap for one of the products' key workstreams.

    The business' core product powers programmatic advertising campaigns, built on hugely powerful data and continues to explore how new technology (such as AI) can take their product into the future. The Product, Data, and Engineering org (around 200 people) is centralised from London, meaning they are responsible for the product in all regions globally; with a client base across Europe, U.S.A, Asia and MENA their goal is to create a product with feature parity where possible; the goal is high-quality, consistent programmatic advertising cross-region.     What will you be responsible for in the role?

    The Product Lead will be responsible for the area responsible for helping client partners and internal users plan and pitch for business/campaigns before they start – for example, the tool is used for proposal creation, and creating strategies around audience and targeting. Working alongside peers in Data and Engineering, you will have line management responsibility for a Senior Product manager and two Product Managers; the core day-to-day of the role can be broken down into three pillars:

    • Line management of 3-4 Product Managers
    • Creating & owning the strategic roadmap for your business unit both in BAU and Greenfield projects
    • Responsibility for some hands-on execution within the strategic roadmap

    What experience should you have in order to be a great fit?

    You will definitely need to have been in a lead Product role previously, which will have included formal line management of a mixed-seniority team. Combined with this, the following experience would be needed.

    • A keen understanding of / interest in the AdTech market
    • Direct experience leading Product within either AdTech OR complex, data-driven software
    • A blend of strategic product leadership combined with hands-on execution

    Interview process & compensation

    • 2-stage interview process, consisting of an introduction with the Director of Product followed by an in-person assessment with an interdisciplinary panel
    • £85 – 110,000 salary, plus bonus, plus monthly revenue share agreement
    • Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the office (Central London)
