Hariley Solutions are currently seeking experienced Tilers to join our client's dynamic team in Telford. If you have a proven track record in Tiling and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Measuring and cutting a variety of tiles, for Bathroom pods and Modular pods
  • Mixing and grouting to a variety of specifications
  • Following a plan, from technical drawings, in order to tile to specific requirements from the customer
  • Using spacers within the corners of tile work
  • Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
  • Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners
  • Align and level tiles using tools such as levels, straightedges, and squares
  • Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
  • Ensuring that all targets are met to maintain scheduled manufacturing
  • Report all quality/design problems to the Production Supervisor
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation in addition to Elements Europe Risk Assessment and Procedures

Experience and Knowledge required:


  • Previous experience as a tiler at a professional level
  • Tiler Certificate (NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent) Use of tools e.g. tile cutters, nippers and manual and
  • Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of different tile materials, patterns, and installation techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
  • Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity
