    We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Product Technology Director.

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Technology Director to lead our Development and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical leadership, hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and a deep understanding of the edge network and content delivery industry (CDN, DNS, Streaming) . As the Product Technology Director, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our network infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Development and Operations, to deliver high-quality edge infrastructure and delivery services.
    • Define and execute the product and technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
    • Implement and promote best practices in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for technical innovation and optimization.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Required qualifications & skills:

    • Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on managing Development and Operations teams.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and implementing SRE best practices.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Passion for network technology and a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.

    Nice to have qualifications & skills:

    • Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as GitHub actions
    • Experience with Nginx and/or Lua
    • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering
