Please note that this is not a remote role - you will be required to work onsite in York.

Rates: £40-£63 (Can start on a higher rate dependant on qualifications)

Job Description:

Conduct tele triage assessments for patients, assessing their symptoms and providing appropriate advice and guidance

Utilize your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to make informed decisions regarding patient care

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and timely patient management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions

Adhere to professional standards and guidelines for tele triage

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or other Health professional bodies

Relevant experience in tele triage or a similar role

-Minor Illness and Injury qualification

Excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to make accurate and timely clinical decisions

Strong organizational and time management skills

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
