- Minimum of five years' experience in a design and build project delivery role within the water sector.
- NEC 3 knowledge and experience required.
- Minimum HNC qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- CSCS and SMSTS certifications needed.
- 18th Edition of BS7671 (Electrical only) required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD advantageous.
- Support the team in project design and estimating (pre-implementation stage).
- Oversee multiple projects and supervise works contracted to suppliers/subcontractors.
- Provide technical insight on equipment and plant repair, refurbishment, or replacement.
- Develop, execute, and monitor pre-construction process plans.
- Participate in start-up, site visits, and design meetings.
- Effectively handle scope change notifications according to contract specifications.
- Generate data for Project-level KPI's.
- Lead and supervise project teams (both internal and subcontracted), ensuring project completion.
- Carry out any other relevant duties associated with this role.
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Car allowance (if designated as a business user) - £5,040 per year.
