    Established in 2009, Splinterworks is a pioneering team working at the intersection between art and design. We specialize in making works of useable sculpture for luxury homes around the globe. It is an exciting time to join us as we are driving steady growth in product lines, territories and sales figures.

    The Role:

    We are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant, based in Bath. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest for creative marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the company's luxury brand. The role will mostly, but not exclusively, involve:

    · Creating monthly email newsletters

    · Writing regular case studies for websites

    · Analysis of website performance using Google analytics

    · SEO updates and implementation

    · Maintain, update and create websites (Wix and Wordpress)

    · Assist co-ordination of printed mail outs

    · Market research as required

    · Assisting with photo and video location shoot logistics

    · Assisting to compile printed media

    · Tracking Marketing Ratios

    · Marketing ROI tracking

    · Research and coordinate exhibitions

    · Assisting with content sourcing for Social Media platforms

    Essential skills/qualifications:

    · Excellent communication

    · Working knowledge of computer programs for email, word processing and spreadsheets

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

    · Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Passion for marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

    · Understanding of Google Analytics software Google and Wix

    · Understanding of Google Search Console

    Beneficial skills:

    · 2 years previous marketing experience

    · Experience with graphic design and Adobe Photoshop

    Remuneration and benefits:

    · Basic of £25k - £30k per year, depending upon experience
