    Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

    Our client is a leading high street practice with an outstanding residential property offering.

    They are currently looking to recruit a residential conveyancer or solicitor to join its expanding residential property department in Sutton Coldfield.


    The Role:

    • The residential property team advise on all aspects of the conveyancing process managing a portfolio of loyal referrals, estate agents, repeat private
    clients and new build developers

    • You will run a caseload of varied residential property transactions to include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property as well as shared
    ownership and help to buy, right to buy, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build sales and purchases


    Candidate Requirements:

    • Licensed residential conveyancer or solicitor or legal executive, part qualified conveyancers are also desirable
    • Ability to manage your own caseload of residential matters from instruction to completion, unaided
