As a Technical Consultant, you'll spearhead technical design and implementation of cloud and infrastructure projects for our esteemed clients.

Researching and presenting cutting-edge hardware and software solutions to clients.
Addressing escalations from Level 2/Level 3 engineers.

Minimum 5 years of recent experience in 3rd line escalation or Project Engineer roles, preferably in an MSP environment.

Expertise in Windows Server administration , including Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
Proficiency in planning, implementing, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365/Azure solutions.
Strong networking knowledge, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VLANs.
Microsoft accreditations (e.g., Project management and security accreditations are desirable.
Leadership capabilities in designing and implementing Cloud/Hybrid/Infrastructure projects.
