As part of our continuous expansion in the international market, we are looking to hire a Design & Product Support Engineer for our Engineering Department. Join us as we continue to grow and make a global impact.

Scope of the role

As a Design & Product Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal in the order fulfilment process of any lift packages ordered by the division. You will provide support to the division's sales team where required, to ensure the feasibility of special solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Desired 5+ years of experience in a Design Engineering position, preferably within the industry sector
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Industrial Design / Other Technical Colleges
• Experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D-3D
• Excellent computer and MS OFFICE knowledge
• Elementary Proficiency in Greek as a minimum

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the design process for new lift systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Product Development: Work closely with the R&D team to bring new lift products from concept to production.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to integrate innovative solutions and technologies into lift systems.
• Documentation and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for manufacturing and field support.
• Customer Focus: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and incorporate feedback into product development.
• Order Placement: Be responsible for the creation and fulfilment of variation orders on any pre-installation stage after sale.
