- Desired 5+ years of experience in a Design Engineering position, preferably within the industry sector
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Industrial Design / Other Technical Colleges
- Experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D-3D
- Excellent computer and MS OFFICE knowledge
- Elementary Proficiency in Greek as a minimum
- Design Leadership: Lead the design process for new lift systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Product Development: Work closely with the R&D team to bring new lift products from concept to production.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to integrate innovative solutions and technologies into lift systems.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for manufacturing and field support.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Order Placement: Be responsible for the creation and fulfilment of variation orders on any pre-installation stage after sale.
