    Remote/Macclesfield - £25,000

    Applause IT are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a service desk team for a managed services provider based in Macclesfield.

    The organisation provides managed IT Services to organisations all around the North of England.

    The role will entail providing customer service focused technical support, assisting clients with hardware and software issues via telephone and email.

    The 1st Line Support Engineer will experience with:
    Working in an IT Helpdesk
    Windows Desktop Technologies
    Office 365
    It would be desirable for the 1st Line Engineer to have experience with:
    Remote support
    Knowledge of Windows and MacOS

    This is an excellent opportunity for 1st Line Support Engineer who has experience with at a managed services provider.
