A multi-national, top tier firm are looking for a junior and mid-level solicitor to join their Employment & Reward Group.

Share plans and incentives form part of their cross-practice group reward offering (remuneration, benefits and incentives), with particularfocus on our global sectors.

In the current race for talent, share plans and incentives are key to recruiting and retaining employees of all levels.

Executive remuneration continues to be high profile in the cost of living crisis and the Directors' RemunerationPolicies of the majority of listed companies are coming up for shareholder approval at AGMs in 2023.

Their client base is very broad, ranging from multinational FTSE 100 companies to small companies owned by the original founder shareholders and VC backedcompanies.

This provides an interesting and varied workload, from setting up the first incentive arrangements for start-up companies, working with companies and our corporate colleagues on a variety of exit incentive arrangements, to advising clients who offerplans internationally in multiple jurisdictions, often together with our colleagues in offices outside of the UK.

They work with clients of all sizes structuring, drafting, implementing and then providing ongoing advice on the operation of all forms of shareplans and incentives and associated employee trusts.

They support corporate colleagues on share plan and incentives aspects of transactions and our employment colleagues on the onboarding and departure of senior employees.
