ROLE SUMMARY


As a Home Retrofit Advisor your role will be to provide advice and support on retrofit and renewable technologies to households across Greater Manchester.

You will guide residents through the retrofit journey from initial engagement through to completion.

You will also provide general energy saving advice and help residents to understand how their behaviour can impact energy consumption.


The role includes home visiting, telephone advice, casework management and connecting with local organisations and wider climate change initiatives across Greater Manchester.

The role will part of our wider fuel poverty and climate change programme known as Green Doctor.


ROLE CRITERIA
Previous experience is advantageous. We're looking for someone who is dynamic, dedicated and passionate about making a difference.
