    We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to come and join our Home and Motor Department within AXA Partners.

    As a Customer Services Advisor, you'll be providing support in relation to our Home and Motor customers and clients in the UK.

    You will ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call and provide the highest level of customer service at all times.

    Working Hours - Our Customer Service Advisors work on a rotating shift pattern, 35 hours per week between 7am
    9pm over 5 days which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
    21,870 + shift allowance.
    Induction & Training
    5 weeks fully comprehensive training for this role. Willingness to respond appropriately at times of service pressure. Data Protection Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers
