- Active advice of legal aspects of transition
- Review NDAs and miscellaneous legal documentation associated with leverage finance transactions
- Undertake first level legal analysis and interpretation of data and advise on potential implications with respect to US$ LIBOR transition project
- Assist with miscellaneous legal enquiries which may arise
- Answer queries from across the department related to US$ LIBOR transition, referring any non-legal queries to the right department
- Assisting with miscellaneous legal items which may arise unrelated to US$ LIBOR transition e.g. NDA review
- Assist business operations team with deal execution support (updating pipelines, assisting with ad hoc queries, updating microsite, liaising with stakeholders etc)
- Legal qualification (ideally minimum of 2 years PQE)
- Banking legal documentation experience preferred
- Ability to understand complex issues around loans and swaps and LIBOR transition
