Outreach Worker Required:
Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outreach Worker to join our client school's team and contribute to our mission of fostering positive change.
Position Overview:
As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be stationed away from the school's main site.
Your primary responsibility will be to support pupils who struggle with special educational needs outside of the classroom, enabling them to spend time in the community and grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
This role requires a proactive and empathetic approach to outreach, building relationships, and connecting individuals with the necessary resources and services.
Conduct regular outreach activities to identify and engage with pupils in need of support within the community.
Previous experience in outreach work or community support is highly desirable but not essential with the right approach and transferable skills.
