Purchase Ledge Assistant

Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid working across Bamber Bridge office and home
EDS Group is a leading authority in the design, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of high voltage windfarms.

Mainly operating in the UK and Europe, EDS has been serving renewables for over a decade and impacting every stage of the wind farm lifecycle.


As Finance Assistant you will support with general purchase ledger duties including inputting invoices to Sage, matching to purchase orders, releasing invoices for payment, setting up new suppliers, reconciling supplier statements, assisting with payment runs, administration of credit cards and matching receipts to expenditure.


Your primary responsibility will be to keep the purchase ledge and credit card administration up to date and the purchase ledger running smoothly.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for individuals who have previous experience working with Purchase Ledger. It is highly desirable that you have experience with Sage 50 and Business Central however this is not essential. You should also have working knowledge of VAT rules and high levels of accuracy.

This could be the ideal role for you if you are confident working on your own and able to use your initiative.
