Hunter Savage is delighted to be working in partnership with a Multinational Law Firm to recruit an Accounts Administrator for its growing Belfast team.


This is a newly created role within the department and the Accounts Administrator will join a business built around people, that welcomes ideas and is focused on nurturing talent.

There are several key financial projects to start shortly so it's really an exciting time to join the firm

The Role:


  • Processing of Purchase Invoices
  • Creation of new suppliers to the system
  • Assist with all internal and external queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assistance with yearend audits
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

The Person:


  • Previous Accounts Administration experience
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
