    You Are:

    As an Account Manager at UST, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their business needs, promoting our technology solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

    This position will report into Senior Director at UST.

    The Opportunity :

    · Client Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
    • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

    · Project + Resource + Risk Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with project teams.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
    • Efficiently allocate resources, both internal and external, to meet project objectives.

    Account Planning:

    • Develop strategic account plans with the client partner to maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

    · Market Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide feedback to the leadership team on market insights and potential opportunities.

    · Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

    What you need :

    • Minimum 13 years of experience in IT technology sales or account management.
    • Proven track record in IT technology sales, with an experience in divestiture, M&A.
    • Industry background in Financial Services, preferably employee benefits (US) or pensions (UK)
    • Specialises in being on-the-ground point of contact for the client
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of the London market and existing industry connections are a plus.
    • She/He will be expected to work out of client office in Bank.
