Cell Line Development Lead

You'll lead cell line development program based in London, focusing on the advancement and improving of cell lines.

Collaborating closely with experts in stem cell biology, computational biology, and bioprocess engineering, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of the company.

As the technical lead in Cell Line Development team, you'll take charge of isolating, engineering, and validating new adipogenic cell lines.

A PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in molecular biology, synthetic biology, mammalian stem cell biology, or a related field.

• Minimum two years' experience in mammalian cell line development and genome engineering, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques, cell line engineering tools, molecular cloning, and genetic construct design.
• Proven ability in managing projects and coordinating workflows involving cell line development and molecular biology
• Willingness to actively engage in laboratory work, dedicating at least half of your time to molecular biology and cell culture activities.
• Analysis of qPCR, NGS/WGS and RNAseq data (bulk and single-cell samples)
• Understanding of GMP (or equivalent) regulations concerning cell line development
