- Minimum two years' experience in mammalian cell line development and genome engineering, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques, cell line engineering tools, molecular cloning, and genetic construct design.
- Proven ability in managing projects and coordinating workflows involving cell line development and molecular biology
- Willingness to actively engage in laboratory work, dedicating at least half of your time to molecular biology and cell culture activities.
- Analysis of qPCR, NGS/WGS and RNAseq data (bulk and single-cell samples)
- Understanding of GMP (or equivalent) regulations concerning cell line development
