    As industry experts in Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources, we are now seeking a dynamic Compliance & Contractor Care Manager to join our team in London.

    In this role, you will spearhead the support for our global contractors, overseeing compliance, quality control, supplier management, and more.

    Join us in shaping the future of sustainable staffing The RoleCompliance & Quality Control· Coordinate compliance, financial requirements, and supplier register maintenance.· Manage new initiatives post-legislation changes, audit management companies, and implement penalties for breaches.· Implement Quality Management System, identify process improvements, and ensure industry-specific compliance.

    Onboarding & Offboarding· Monitor and maintain compliance requirements in onboarding documentation.· Coordinate feedback requests and propose improvements based on candidate and client feedback.· Serve as escalation point for contractor queries, liaise between stakeholders, and oversee documentation distribution.

    Mobilisation· Monitor client spend for cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities, source new providers, and manage supplier issues.· Support Group Commercial Director in seeking new partners and coordinate contractor issues with Sales team.· Ensure supplier performance meets SLAs, arrange logistics, and maintain regular communication with contractors and clients.

    Candidate Care & Contracts· Take care of complex contractor care tasks and ensure team are focused on delivery of excellent contractor care and service.· Escalation point for contractor care queries and complaints.

    Management· Set annual Personal Development Plans for team members.· Conduct monthly performance reviews to track targets.· Identify development areas, coordinate training, and design commercial process training guides.· Design and maintain 'how to' guides for consultants and other support teams to offer guidance on the key commercial processes within the business.

    About You· Preferably degree qualified, with a preference for a Law degree.· Demonstrated high level of business acumen in employment law/compliance, even without a degree.· Essential experience in compliance, candidate care management, and similar roles.· Previous experience in managing small teams.· Strong listening skills and attention to detail.· Process-oriented and diligent.· Exposure to stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
